Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some of our items will ship separately and my arrive at different times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75. Here are some standard domestic shipping rates however the actual price will be reflected at checkout.

Local delivery
We currently do not offer local delivery but plan to change that in the future as we grow.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at adam@nativemade.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We stand by our shirts. Well we don't stand by them, we wear them. Moving on.. If your order did not fit, was defective, or you just didn't like it, then we will refund or replace it upon request. No questions asked! Well maybe, we might ask a few questions so we can improve our products.
*All returns, and or refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing the item(s).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at adam@nativemade.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
